An Ode To SLC

Hello out there in Utah! Hello Carson and Preston! Hello Haily and Read! Hello Derek and the Bethers! I have been thinking and pondering and thinking about you fellas. (Not to mention my aunts, uncles, grandmas, and grandpas there) I have only four friends here and none (repeat none) are my age! I miss the days when I walked to school and played with my buds! My best friends are my sibs. My few things to do are Internet classes, play rugby with Port, draw, TV, and, of course, blog. I am tired of supers and keyboards. I was happier in Vietnam! Of course watching Habana and Mongomery (two world cup players) is fun, but I only see them about once a week! I WANT SLC!

Tap, tap, tap, tap

One true friend keeps tapping and appearing at our window. Sometimes I wonder why he/she keeps coming back. Its really weird because… I’m wondering if I should tell you because it’s… one sec just checking to see if nobody’s looking. Okay I can tell you but you have to promise not to tell anyone okay? All right its, its, it’s a bird. All right are you happy now that I’ve told you? Good. Now I’m hoping I can write more about our little friend but I have to go.
Bye!

The Big Event

It has arrived. The reason that humans exist is here. With every move that is made effects a country. It is the Rugby World Cup 2007. With the U.S. losing every game they play (not by a long shot though) I have decided to root for the South Africa Springboks. I even have a real jersey from Cape Town. I am now an official rugby-holic. I’m begging my mom and dad to let me join a team. I have tried to watch every game and have only missed two. The Springboks have won every game and the US Eagles trail by ten points every time. Go Boks!

A day at the movies

We went to see Even Almighty with our
Dad on Saturday. It wasn’t much. Just a couple swears and a flood. Not much is it?
Can’t believe we had to watch it. Well there were a couple funny parts. But only a couple. Pretty much the only funny part was… THE DANCE… DUN, DUN, DUN! Yeah. So you doing anything later Bob, No I’m not Billy.

At Lion Park

Today we went to Lion Park. Lion Park is a piece of land solely dedicated to the amazing lions, giraffes, and hyenas. First thing you do if you go there is go to the building, buy tickets, if you’re hungry chow at the restaurant, and go to Cub World to pet cubs and feed the giraffe. This giraffe is named Gambit it is friendly, big eyed, and sand-papery tongued. Now this giraffe had a tongue so long it picked its nose with it. It is like feeding a giraffe with an iguana in its stomach. And yes, I’m serious. After that you take your car and drive through the place I call the Roam Zone. Here is where lions roam free and bite your car at will. (they were sleepy so we got by with no souvenirs) These lions were very majestic. In fact they were so majestic that the place of second favorite animal is now tied. So if you like kind, long tongued giraffes and majestic lions go to Lion Park.

My last bit of Utah gone

Yesterday Jess left. Last night I cried my eyes out. My story would go on and on that is if it weren’t the next day. Now, I thought it would be hard to move to SA. It was not as hard, but it was hard especially at the beginning. But then I noticed "hey, I still have a bit of Utah left. Jess." But now she is gone….Today I looked into her used- to- be room; well, I had the camera in my hand so I took a quick shot. I MISS JESSA!!!!!!!!!
